Dietary Candies

• 100 g parsimmon

• 100 g walnuts 

• 100 g cashews 

• 1 tbsp honey

For topping: crushed walnuts, shredded coconut

Blend all the ingredients in a blender. Wet your hands, take a small amount of the mixture, and shape it into balls. Optionally, roll the balls in crushed walnuts or shredded coconut.

You can also add pumpkin seeds, vanilla, ground cinnamon, ground cloves, and cardamom to the candies to taste.
