Our state-of-the-art facility is situated in the picturesque northern region of Azerbaijan, specifically in Balakan, nestled within the mountains.

We take pride in our dedicated workforce of approximately 300 skilled and compassionate employees.

Our manufacturing plant is equipped with advanced, automated machinery, adhering to the highest modern standards. It encompasses a comprehensive range of service departments, including but not limited to washing, peeling, cooling, and packaging.

One of our core missions is to provide unwavering support to local farmers by procuring fresh persimmons, the primary raw material for our products, directly from orchards in Katekh and neighboring villages. This practice allows us to offer our customers the finest, 100% organic products.

In addition to our commitment to local agriculture, we maintain a strong focus on social responsibility. We continuously seek to bolster other fruit producers by introducing innovative product concepts, thereby expanding our range of organic offerings. Some of our noteworthy products include persimmon molasses, dried tomato, fig, melon, date, among others.

Azerbaijan ranks among the top five nations worldwide in persimmon production, making it a significant player in both the fresh and dehydrated persimmon market segments.

Balkhoorma proudly exports its products to various destinations worldwide. To date, BALKHOORMA has successfully penetrated markets in Germany, Netherlands, Lithuania, Belarus, Russia, Ukraine, and Japan, introducing the exotic flavors of Azerbaijan to international consumers.
