Persimmon Salad
            Ingredients:
- 2 frozen persimmons
 - 50 g arugula
 - 70 g feta cheese
 - Sesame seeds
 - 1 tablespoon honey
 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
 - Juice of 1 lemon
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 
Preparation: Wash the arugula and place it on a serving dish. Top with diced feta cheese and persimmon rings. In a separate bowl, mix honey, olive oil, and lemon juice to create the dressing, then drizzle it over the salad. Finally, sprinkle with sesame seeds.
